NYers are beginning to question the new political-industrial complex coming to dominate the intersection of politics, government and private enterprise.

“We knew that BerlinRosen was involved in the mayor’s recent campaign, but in fact we are surprised at the vast reach their client base has. [52 AD Assembly candidate Doug] Biviano [alleges] that these cross connections can be the source of a corrupt and anti-democratic power dealing situation – we are not sure about that. However, we do think that an agency that elects candidates should be barred from dealing with elected candidates or government agencies.”
