Bronx Democratic district leader Yudelka Tapia fined for running City Council campaign on city time.

The New York City Conflicts of Interest Board charged that Tapia, an economist for Comptroller John Liu, used city time and resources for her City Council run, and fined her $4,480, the Daily News writes: [City and State 1st Read]

Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak’s community relations director plans to file a notice of claim that accuses him of sexual harassment, the fourth woman to make such a complaint, the Times Union reports: [City and State 1st Read]

In Fred LeBrun’s Albany Times-Union column, ethics maven David Grandeau thinks “Assemblyman Grab-Ass says more about the voting public than it does about legislative ethics.”
