    Some Native Americans had a run at payback on some small scale with the casino action, but like with all contracts they are subject to the familiar change of mind when it behooves others. Since the beginning of “trust me” their has been deception and mid-stream adjustments. All should be familiar by now. I hope they invested wisely while fickle fate smiled on them. As a person of some Cherokee heritage (via mom and pop I suspect, although pop joked we were Blackfoot” because he had the black-red skin) it is always painful to see the short-change coming again.
