Man in Suit Shoots Two Near Yankee Stadium – Another Man in Suit Shoots Victim Near ESB

In two days, in two separate incidents, two men in suits pull out guns and shoot their intended targets on busy streets near iconic NYC landmarks. Coincidence?

Must NYers now fear men dressed in suits? Will politicians propose restricting NYers to purchasing one mens’ suit per month?

The Empire State Building shooting overshadowed follow up reporting on the Bronx shooting. But I suspect like the ESB shooting the Bronx shooting victims knew the well-dressed gunman. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: DNAInfo.com reports that the Bronx shooting may have stemmed from a turf fight between two vendors. This is no police confirmation, however, but this would seem to support my earlier conclusion that the suspect and victims were acquainted. Police need to determine whether the gun was illegal and if it was used in the commission of other crimes. Stay tuned.
