Surreal victory speech is a bad omen for Mitt Romney

Unbelievably, Romney gave his stump speech — verbatim. It was strangely surreal given his setting. He was still selling himself despite tying with an underfunded Rick Santorum who lost his last race.

You must ask yourself what was Romney thinking. He displayed little emotion or spontaneity tonight. He attacked President Obama with the same tired rhetoric and gave no rationale for his campaign going forward.

Romney torpedoed his own candidacy with that canned speech. Mr. Inevitable just shot himself in the foot tonight.
