Eliot Spitzer for NYC Comptroller?

Yeah, that’s right. According the News4New York government affairs reporter Melissa Russo, disgraced former Governor Eliot Spitzer told her off-camera that he has not ruled out running for city Comptroller in 2013. In her “exclusive” interview, Spitzer hemmed about running for Mayor. When asked, he agreed that unlike the disgraced Anthony Weiner, he did not lie to the public and the media about his indiscretion.

As of 8pm, NBC New York has not posted the video.
