In a move surprise some, City Councilman G. Oliver Koppell endorses State Sen. Adriano Espaillat for Congress. It happens today at 10am in front of the Kingsbridge Armory, 29 W. Kingsbridge Road, The Bronx.
Will Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz follow suit with his ally and fellow Ben Franklin Reform Democratic Club member?
